I make this recipe once a week for my girls. I usually double the dry mix and store it in a large container then just mix up the wet and add to the dry. Makes it almost as easy as making from a mix, but infinitely better.
Pancakes
Ingredients:
Dry Mix
3 1/2 cup flour
¼ cup sugar
4 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
Wet
1 egg
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 cup buttermilk
¼ teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Make dry mix and store in large Tupperware till you are ready to make fresh pancakes.
Take 1 cup of dry mix and add to a large bowl.
Mix wet ingredients together until uniform in texture and color. Add to dry. Mix till relatively smooth. Doesn’t need to be perfectly smooth.
Let sit for 5-8 minutes.
Cook on medium grill or pan.
