Trying out a new farm, pretty tasty.

Notice herbs and spices keep sneaking in? That is the cooks bias leaking through

I strongly suspect a carnivore meal is going to look very similar haha!

But here's my favourite cut, the chuck. Good mix of flavour, fat, and price.

Variety today. 250g ground beef and 3 eggs plus jalapenos and olives for taste.

Local beef, eggs, cooked in ghee with salt. Cooked in a cast iron skillet.

No photo because I'm on holiday tomorrow so the pemmican I usually eat is packed

I tried to eat sardines today, but couldn't, they ended up in the bin. I had bought sardines in spring water, rather than in olive oil and the fish had nothing. It's hard to eat food that has no energy in it. I now need to go shopping, so today I shall eat lamb chops, and they're photo worthy, but also in the future

And lamb chops now the shops are open

Four lamb loin chops in a red dinner plate with knife and fork barely in frame

Loin chops, tiny t-bones

Back to basics 450g fatty local beef, cooked in ghee

Workout day! Upper body, sauna, pool - super hungry. I'll eat anything on four legs, except the table!
