I remember seeing a documentary in this guy about 15 years ago when I was going through my Into The Wild phase. If anyone can track it down, it is worth the effort to find. It is a great watch about a man just living life mostly alone in the woods in the Pacific Northwest.

i always though it was odd that they didn't bother in texas; but want to meet at hidden/clandestine locations in california. lol
