Not the dev. I just wanted to share an app I like. I use it to quickly clean tracking and referral junk from links before sharing, but the app can be set as your default browser if you want to sanitize links before you open them.

Been using URLCheck for a while now and love it.

It also casually reminds me how clean the URLs in Lemmy/Piefed are since they don't include ten different tracking redirects.

More confirmation that URLCheck is fantastic.

Please normalize sanitizing links in your social circles.

This looks more comprehensive than Untracker, but maybe it is too complicated for some people?

I use this and it's FANTASTIC. You can clean urls before you open them and even unshorten them to see where they go. You set it to your default browser and then adjust the url.

Another +1 for URLCheck. If you're interested in protecting your privacy on Android, this is a great start.
