Dude was shot at, and has more hatred for Rosie O'Donnell. I've literally never heard him mention the shooter.
Donald Trump, to me at least, seems like a very simple person. I have found that I can predict a lot of what he'll do by just keeping in mind that he's an egotistical simpleton who wants people to worship him. He doesn't care about anybody but himself, and he doesn't think very far into the future. But he gets hung up on the past a lot.
Biden beat him. There was a popularity contest, and America picked Biden. Biden has never lost to Trump, except one debate that most people forgot about already. That's something that Trump will never be able to change.
Trump probably thinks of the shooter as a loser who couldn't even hit what he was aiming at. If anything, the shooting made Trump more popular. Trump won and the shooter lost.
Here's another thing about Trump.
Trump was in New York real estate and construction from the start. There's no way to do that without dealing with the Mafia.
Any smart boss is going to take one look at Donnie and step away. A boss doesn't want to be around a loudmouth who can't be trusted to keep his mouth shut.
So the mobsters Donnie interacted with were the low level goons the bosses could throw under the bus if anything went wrong.
All of Donnie's schemes are crude because that's what he thinks are clever schemes. His smartest mentor, Roy Cohn, died too soon to teach Donnie how to actually act like a winner.

Waiting to see all of this garbage torn down and people prosecuted or at least the history books written about what is going on right now is a surprisingly strong motivating factor for continuing to live through this dystopia.
These things shouldn't be torn down. Relocated, sure, but Americans need to remember what they're capable of. Maybe put them in some kind of Smithsonian Museum of American Failure, along with all that Confederate statue spam.
