Had a little chuckle with the top 2 answers.
Side note : best time is 3 seconds, is there any chance whatsoever thats legit?
not unless they're seeing the puzzle before hand and have the words stacked in a paste. it would take at least a full second just to read and process the whole puzzle. So, it might be possible, but I don't think it's within the spirit of the game.
