Weird considering it was blatantly illegal under Texas law, but I suppose politics trump law in Scotusland.

It's okay, when they win and create precedent others can just use the same tactics to balance the overall scale.

I mean it shouldn't be that way, but sometimes winning a battle losses you the war...
