What's a normal webpage load speed? I often find sites loading slow and can't tell if it's my internet or the site itself.

Tested opening YouTube's homepage and it stops spinning at around 2.8 sec. Is that okay, or is there room for improvement? I'm using AdGuard DNS. Tried without any DNS adjustments and with Cloudflare's, but still the same. And if I close all pc backround app ( like discord, listary ) and all browser extension, then YouTube still takes 2.2 sec to load.

Any way to get site loading under 2 sec, or is that a tough goal nowadays?PS : My steam download speed at max is 66 MB/s
