Some corrections:
- It is not Germany but only Berlin.
- It has been not the Police, but the Assembly Authority who added the clause to the respective local regulations. That's an important distinction.
Also relevant background:
There were young children part of the demonstration itself and the location (Alexanderplatz) is probably the most public possible in Berlin, so the realistic enactment mainly collided with youth protection laws that are generally taken quite seriously in Germany.
So seems the main one inventing reality here has been the guy with the twitter post (and also OP adding false context in the post's heading)
Oh really, i am sorry that protesting the execution of political prisoners goes against the morality of a country that were actively supporting a genocide.
