"hit" in a good way, according to this article memory prices are down from peak and declining. Hopefully it gets to SSD prices soon.

What’s interesting is that OpenAI says they don’t need this capacity because they’re going to lease it from Microsoft and Amazon. This shouldn’t change memory supply situation unless Microsoft and Amazon were building data centres for customers they don’t yet have and now their only customers are other big tech companies? Where are businesses that actually need this tech?
