So, this must've been an autocorrect or something? I don't see how high fuel prices would hurt any of your local tricycle drivers...

Anyway, any ideas what that's supposed to mean?

edit: I just googled "tricycle driver" and apparently motorozed tricycles are a thing in The Philippines.
