Florida deserves everything they've earned.
So ... the local elected official who people vote for can be fired because DeSantis doesn't like their choices, thus invalidating the will of the majority who voted that official, because DeSantis doesn't like their choice.

American democracy is dead because no one stood up to defend it.
Those that have were violently oppressed, with them going as far as to send in the military in some cases. Some were detained, others killed, many were injured. Social manipulation and propaganda spun those who did to be cut off from the rest of the country, seen as violent enemies of the common people.
This place is a corrupt disaster, plain and simple.
