Much though I've dogged on this series the past couple of weeks, I have to say that it was great to see Kitahara get a chance to shine. I knew she had it in her.

Shame we're going to have to wait until 2028 or so to see the end of this race...

It looks that way.

If the season runs 12 episodes, as the other two did and I presumed it would, then yeah - there's zero chance they'll finish until next season.

But I just now went poking around to try to find out how many episodes it's scheduled for, and every database site lists it as "unknown," so apparently the producers haven't announced a specific number and are at least leaving the option open to continue beyond 12. So I guess there's a chance they might actually finish it...
