On one hand, as an American, I like it when people push back against the stereotype that American food is terrible and Americans have trash taste.

On the other hand, as an an American, the only thing I've eaten today is Taco Bell.

Man you haven't even hit the Pennsylvania Dutch food and northeast specials. So many foods invented up in those early american farming belts.
They practically cornered the market on what people think of as breakfast foods, literally bagels and cream cheese.
