Tell them how the little girls in the school would grow up to be freedom hating terrorists so it was rational primitive self-defence to obliterate them

[–] Daddogofdasink@lemmygrad.ml 11 points 2 weeks ago

"we have insider info that hamas was actually hiding under that school so it's actually all good"

[–] Daddogofdasink@lemmygrad.ml 5 points 2 weeks ago

to be honest i could have said that XD

[–] Daddogofdasink@lemmygrad.ml 16 points 2 weeks ago (3 children)

just sat thru the world's fucking worst china/ussr relations class ever where we were all expected to talk about specific topics we were given. absolute bangers i suffered through: "mao is soooo vain evil evil" "mao and stalin were from same generation of oppressive politicians and state terror" "watch death of stalin" so. i really want to talk about school and anticommunism and not going fucking craΩy for a bit, give me a while, i'll talk about my thoughts and advice to survive. is htis the worst situation in the world rn? no, but it's certainly overwhelming and has terrorized my emotions and you dont have a choice as a child to not be in this situation often so i just wnana tlak about it hehhehehheheh

My history teacher is pretty vocally anti-trump, but bought the anti-communist kool-aid hard. I was cringing through her entire lecture about how the soviet union hated religion and people getting together to oppose the government, and the cold war unit is just getting started...

"rhe ussr is bad and evil cuz they had uhm uh famines"

yes this is how it feels almost every day. it is deeply deeply exhausting because both there’s a asynchronicity between my peers my teachers and i, but also because if this is what i’m expected to learn and parrot to ‘succeed’ professionally or in any case literally survive until i am legally a person (and even then i’m spit out into workforce and like, well, that’s also a horror in its own right) and it’s very very gruesome feeling, it enrages you, it festers something in your heart you cannot express lest you be punished by all the powers that be. in my case there are very little sympathetic people (classmates or otherwise) around me and seeing as that my grades suffer immensely it’s like, aw, fuck are we doing here anyway?? and again, this is just undercutting the severe jarring feeling misinformation being repeated in your School elicits.hang in there friend, though, it’s been really comforting to me to know ppl my age (even if we’re not in identical situations) struggle with this, but also particularly with having ML tendencies

my existence as a trans girl is both misunderstood and prohibited in a world in which my i cannot speak or do anything without proper permissions and being careful of every action i take; unlike my classmates: prime example of the efficiency of capitalist, united states propaganda taking hold and ruining all life. At least i've been able to find someone irl that agrees with my points and sees the infinite cruelty of this horrible system. The People can only unite if all people are educated on the nature of their condition. Death to the United States.

[–] 6kb_@lemmygrad.ml 1 points 1 week ago* (last edited 1 week ago) (1 children)

death to usamerikkka. and yeah, hang in there, it’s nice uve found company to talk about this with irl + again i totally resonate again with the unending frustration (had an episode actually just yesterday on this exact topic) transmisogyny is another terrible oppressive system of itself (and ive seen a few good writers who do analysis of it on materialist terms as well)

[–] Daddogofdasink@lemmygrad.ml 0 points 1 week ago (2 children)

yeah ;-; Im thinking of just taking hrt diy and giving a big ol'middle finger to everyone but the way things are going makes me worry i might get either Hate Crime'd or be sent to my State-mandated re-education. also, diy hrt would be sorta difficult and also costly and i dont have a jobb YwY

[–] 6kb_@lemmygrad.ml 2 points 1 week ago (1 children)

been thinking about this lately but i really do think in a better world trans ppl would be able to seek asylum away from usa.which is stupid because in perfect world people’s republic on central turtle island has trans rights embedded into people’s constitution but like. idk. hang in there, please

[–] Daddogofdasink@lemmygrad.ml 1 points 1 week ago

thank you for your support ^^ The condition of trans people in my opinion is getting much, much worse. But i hope it's just a case of "before we can fix it, it has to be broken enough for people to notice"

As said before, i probs will do diy because i dont want the state to mark me as a "filthy queer person" (i would use stronger language but i dont wanna be over the top ><); Also tbh the idea of my classmates getting rpogressively more and more confused seeing the quiet kid grow boobs would be cool asf XD

[–] 6kb_@lemmygrad.ml -1 points 1 week ago

i really hope for the best for you

[–] Daddogofdasink@lemmygrad.ml 1 points 1 week ago

i agree with literally everything you said I see my classmates and all that they are is Money. They embody the archetype of the "Cool American Fratboy": Drugs, Sex, Money.

[–] vaguevoid@lemmygrad.ml 5 points 1 week ago

that is contrary to the american promise of “freedom of speech” lol.

[–] Malkhodr@lemmygrad.ml 3 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

Feel bad for you comrade.

It's not helpful, but I'll just say you have one Iranian friend online who thinks your group mates should enlist. Hopefully they get liberated by an IRGC Fatah Missle.

[–] Daddogofdasink@lemmygrad.ml 4 points 2 weeks ago (2 children)

i feel bad for wanting it but tbh i wish my country goes to war just so it can crumble from the economic and societal strain of it

[–] Daddogofdasink@lemmygrad.ml 2 points 2 weeks ago

there is no death more final than one caused by civil upheaval

[–] Malkhodr@lemmygrad.ml 1 points 2 weeks ago

I get that feeling. Though personally I just try my best to explain to people why everything is so fucjed up.

[–] Commiejones@lemmygrad.ml 9 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

Should have said you are a conscientious objector. That or claimed force majeure.

[–] Daddogofdasink@lemmygrad.ml 9 points 2 weeks ago

i did consider it, but then i'd be outing myself as "the islamic zealot that hates democracy", I'd stick out like a sore thumb. As much as i hate it, saying anything would mark myself as "the radical". (i defended trans rights and hrt and apparently i knew a little too much and am now viewed in the same way that the american right views the left) Saying good things about Iran would mark me as distinctly against everything that they've been taught and as a threat to their "liberty"

[–] Ronin_5@lemmygrad.ml 5 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

If it’s a PowerPoint presentation, you can include the douyin videos

[–] Daddogofdasink@lemmygrad.ml 6 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

cant, for two reasons:

  1. the presentation is already done
  2. it was a spoken presentacion without ppt or anything
[–] Ronin_5@lemmygrad.ml 2 points 2 weeks ago

Bummer. But such is American education

[–] blobii@lemmygrad.ml 2 points 1 week ago (1 children)

protest and do a pro-iran piece.

[–] Daddogofdasink@lemmygrad.ml 0 points 1 week ago (1 children)

you do make a compelling argument but then i'd mark myself as the "pro-iran authoritarian" that thinks women dont deserve rights at all

[–] blobii@lemmygrad.ml 1 points 1 week ago (1 children)

I mean it probably won't help adding that you don't support the Islamic state itself but instead the resistance against the bourgeois because they're libs and they can't grasp that.

[–] Daddogofdasink@lemmygrad.ml 2 points 1 week ago (1 children)

they'd go "what does the economy have to do with it?" and i would get rlly rlly mad and probably commit physical violence

[–] blobii@lemmygrad.ml 2 points 1 week ago* (last edited 1 week ago) (1 children)

"what do you mean physical violence sir I was just acting out the will of the proletariat "

[–] Daddogofdasink@lemmygrad.ml 1 points 1 week ago

LMFAOOO YESSSS XD
