Get that bag, and test the waters for community and like-minded people. Worst case scenario, you've spent a few years making some money, and you can return in a position to be more of service to others.

I would advise anyone who can to get the fuck out of the United States
Do what's best for you, comrade, you're not gonna do the revolution by yourself
I can't fault anyone that is willing / capable of escaping hell world.
If it's better for you, take it.
If this is a long term move consider how climate change will make the already unbearable climate near unlivable in Singapore
I don't know if I'd call it unbearable. When I was there last spring, I found myself changing shirts mid-day but still wanting to hit tourist spots. I definitely wouldn't want to work outside for 8+ hours per day, but that's not what I'd be doing.
On your second point, do you have more specifics or a source?
Also Singaporeans are annoying as fuck due to their countries history and politics and culture
There's little respect for arts or leisure, mostly just money and social status shit
Sounds like Dubai
I know a girl from Singapore though, came to US for school, did a bunch of based shit like encampments and lock-ins, so sad she went back home
I found myself changing shirts mid-day but still wanting to hit tourist spots
Yea it's fine for a trip but just remember this would be the rest of your life now every day for years
I was mostly just talking about how they don't really stay outside, just move from AC building to AC building as efficiently and quickly as possible

This is america when it's hot. If you swap in "climate controlled" or "heated" when it's cold you pretty much have america. Even in the nice times in between, the physical and psychological infrastructure is already so centered around taking cars that people will take ubers for short distances in prime 72-and-sunny LA weather.
Could always go to Oakland Chicago Philly, rent is still reasonable in those places and it's good biking and decent buses there
There are plenty of factors here. China is an entirely different culture, do you think you can adapt. How much are you gonna miss your home and family?
I don’t see how you owe someone to stay, isn’t America in ethic the land of the free, and therefore anyone free to leave ethically?
America in ethic
My nationality might be American, but I'm not gonna follow the ethic of this empire. I'm an internationalist and a proletarian.
I won't fault anywhere for getting out. But I chose to come back. My duty is to work, to do my small part, to destroy the Empire.

. Is that part off? It's largely vibes-based.
