But I used turnip greens, scallions and pine nuts, and didn't listen when management said I was using too much filling.

Still some how tastier than a pile of mash next to a pile of greens.

I have never thought to roulade a sweet potato, this looks great!

I read a lot of recipes, I used to work as a pastry chef, and it's always fun to me when I look something up and none of the top results are from the US. We just don't get into some things, I guess, and then I find 100 recipes from Europe for beetroot cake or whatever.
