MODERATORS
The easiest way is subscribing to all the communities you are interested in. You can't directly visit the instance home page but you can either subscribe to communities or search for the communities and click the results and browse individually before going back and starting a new search.
It's federated so you can see lemmygrad content and interact with it, but I'm not sure if you can filter communities by instance so you get all the communities easily.
After finding the communities you want you can subscribe to them and then see them easily with the Subscribed filter at the top.
