I've been looking to Replace my 2/3 Way Car Speaker System! Pillar Tweeters, Midrange for Front door Pannels and Subswoofers for the Back Doors and I've been wondering what europe has to Offer in that Regard, given the Popularity of things like the US Based JBL?

Not many specialize on car audio AFAIK. If you not ready to experiment with small companies and want known brand I donโ€™t know anything else other than Pioneer.

Blaupunkt went bust in 2016.
Unless I'm very mistaken, their ICE is just a brand licensed to random companies now.
They might be doing something interesting with their retro lines.
