I have a five year LG OLED tv i'm using as monitor with ever growing burn-in and dying pixels on the edges. Darker greys arent as uniform anymore as they used to be but overall the picture quality is still better than any factory new LCD i had.

My biggest concern are the dying pixels. So far they arent noticable but it could get a lot worse in the next few years. If the tv becomes barely useable after like 8 years because of that it would have been a pretty shitty investment tbh.

But hey, maybe i can buy a cheapo Oled monitor with longer living panels in the future.
