I imported my Lemmy account but noticed some blocked people weren't transferred over. Most of the ones that didn't cross over seem to be from specific instances, such as kbin.social, leminal.space, etc. But one was from lemmy.ml; others were imported fine but one user was not for some reason. There's around four dozen blocked accounts and I didn't check them all but it seems like most made it over.

Maybe they were already banned at the instance level. I do that a lot. You can PM me their name if you'd like me to check.
