When using the Android app and trying to find a transit route between two places, I can only see the first letter of each train line service, and can't see other commuting options. I can't expand the bar at the bottom either.
Is this expected behaviour? Am I doing something wrong?
For my city it shows 2 characters there, e.g. M4 for Metro 4, so it can display more than one letter. Maybe if there is a short_name defined in osm it uses that, but if it's not available it falls back to the first character?
The public transport routing is very limited in comaps though, as only routes through underground lines, no buses or other means of transportation supported.
Comaps is not great for transit. There is a ticket being worked on in their repo to use https://transitous.org/ which I am very excited for.
EDIT: You could try https://cartes.app/ which uses transitous. It's pretty slick but I'm not sure how many countries it covers.
