just remember that while its appreciated and should for sure be implemented, that it doesnt mean shit if your hardware/software is compromised on your devices.
start by switching to linux, and removing any and all mainstream platforms from your devices, support open source hardware and software. and a VPN wouldnt hurt either.
take a real deep dive on that one folks. its a never ending rabbit hole that may lead to you living in an off grid cabin in the woods. but it sure is interesting from point A to Z.
