Shoutout to @me_myself_and_I@lemmy.world for starting the chicken farm discussion! This is one I had tinkered around with for a while, and is fully automatic and afk. It takes eggs laid by the chickens and circulates them back into a dispenser that pops them back into the chamber. Feathers are filtered into a chest and raw meat into a smoker then a chest. The lever on the smoker allows you to take the XP out of it later. Will attach a litematica file in the comments along with a couple of other pics and materials list.

Very cool design! I will check it out in more detail later on. Looks a bit too complicated for my skill set though. Maybe one day I will push myself and make this farm though I am now at the stage where I use golden carrots for food. But thanks for showing the tutorial.
