Grandstanding for his own presidential run. Any such payment will never come out of Trump's pockets (which he's been lining with all the taxpayer-funded government money he can - including massively increasing the National Debt - at a furious pace since returning to office), but instead the from taxpayers of the entire country who have been similarly screwed and also left holding the bill for Trump's grifts. Pritzker knows this, and is scum for being no less dishonest about it in an attempt to use it to his advantage.
