A charity is lodging an appeal against the High Court’s decision to throw out its legal challenge over trans access to single-sex facilities at Hampstead Heath’s swimming ponds.

Sex Matters will be appealing Mrs Justice Lieven’s ruling that it could not take legal action against the City of London Corporation.
