Hehe yeah, its up to each person. :) But you know, ive been watching porn for like 35 years. Just soft stuff like sexy movie scenes and stuff like that. But I just decided to stop doing that to see what happens. So far i really like it. But yeah, I know it sounds strange if you are used to it, and totally get why everyone likes it. :)
That’s honestly respectable. After 35 years, even trying something different takes discipline. If you’re feeling better, that’s what matters.
It took a desire to see what would happen. I was very curious! And now ive been doing retention for 2 months. Its not just higher energy levels and a desire to move and exercise that has been the result, its also a difference in how i think now. Overall its just a very positive experience so far. You should try for 2 weeks. You will feel very different and much more energized after only one week.
