Repubs in the Senate have had nothing to say about Trump driving us into debt thus far. Reminder that in November '24, a quarter of all US debt was accumulated during Trump's first term alone. At this rate, it's projected that by the '28, he will have been responsible for 55% of all debt.

Trump must get congressional approval to do offensive campaigns with the military.
Unfortunately it seems like he doesn't. He gets a free pass for quick "operations."
Apparently we have a 5 second rule for war... If you attack a country for less than x amount of time he doesn't need Congress. :/
Congress has approved few of the Wars we've had since WW2. We have them anyway.

We can STILL afford decent healthcare, universal healthcare would reduce costs.
It doesn't matter, because our government (all of it, not only Trump) is controlled by corporate and robber baron donors, and they would rather profit.

If he has his way about it (and so far nobody has stopped him on much of anything), nothing that he does is going to affect the 2026 elections because the Republicans are going to steal them.
That's optimistic.
