From the outset I want to state I understand and support your decision, open source projects and communities have to mitigate the threat that Nintendo represents to them. I really wish gaming as a community would recognise the same.
If we as a community would just spend a few years ignoring them and not purchasing their crap, I'm sure their aggresive lawfare would diminish rapidly.
It's never going to happen unfortunately.
