I still use DuckDuckGo.
... which uses Bing.
I use Bing with extra steps

I use DuckDuckGo which is Bing's results more or less.
Ive used a bunch of alternative search engines and they are all just kind of mediocre. Qwant is so far the best alternative ive found that works decent.
Have you tried Kagi?
Probably one of the few I haven't tried, dont really have the money to pay for my search engine. Probably will at some point.
They have a free trial account that lets you do 100 searches. It's worth trying out at least.

At least use duck duck go. Even if only for the lack of Google summaries and cards.
