what's the context? is he speaking about government officials or is he claiming nobody is using aliases for social media?

he claims no one would not stay anonym, because he want user data in social media like Instagram, Twitter etc and if this comes, people who criticize government who'd arrested so easily unfortunately.

i see. that's very troubling. people need to be able to criticise the government for democracy to work well.
