Western "leaders" are just pawns of the ruling class, kill one ghoul, and one more emerge. Same with the actual ruling class, kill one billionaire and one more emerge. Same was with previous systems, no matter how many kings or emperors died, there was always more.

What need to be killed is the system itself.
