Not sure, but maybe something like "floored me" or "left me flabbergasted"?
That's pretty much what I was guessing from context - "knocked me out" or "blew my mind" - but I've but heard it before.

It is, in fact, not a genuine question, it is an asshole comeback from an asshole person.
So he sucks for assuming she cares about attractiveness, and she sucks for being rude.
And I suck for finding a way to feel superior to both of them.
