I am an old dude who tries really hard to keep up on the "memes" but this one escapes me. Could any of you be knighted heathens take pity on a decrepit oldie and explain this monstrosity to me?

This is from a video game called "Among Us." Everyone plays members on a space ship that has been infiltrated by a shape-shifting monster, who is killing them one-by-one. One of the players is the monster.

The players can call a meeting to vote who to eject into deep space, hoping to discover who the monster is and eliminate them.

In this case, one of the members claimed the monster is the red member, but they're really annoyed by the black member. The whole crew voted to throw out the black member instead. Red is sad for being accused, but happy not to be ejected.

Nah, that's a meme about Trump republican voters and fascism!

Those are quite thorough and exhaustive explanations. I thank all of you for taking the time to explain it. #amogus

The game in this meme is Among Us. They are in a meeting trying to find out who the „imposter“ is (other games of the same genre often use „traitor“ or „killer“ for the same role) to vote them out. Blue seems to have figured out that Red is the imposter, but wants to vote out Black for being annoying anyways, and the rest of the crew agreed.
The bottom pictures depict Red crying at being found out, but smiling because the crew chose to vote out someone else instead.

So, the characters at the top are from the game Among Us, in which players are crewmen on a spaceship, except one of the players is an impostor trying to sabotage the ship. After every round of play, all the surviving players vote on who they think the impostor is, and the loser of the vote gets spaced. The blue player is saying that he thinks the red player is the impostor, but is voting on spacing the black player despite that.

Among Us is a 2018 video game with hidden roles, reminiscent of the party game mafia/werewolf. one or two players are "impostors" and their goal is to kill the other players, whose goal is to finish a set of tasks before everyone is killed.

the first line is a chat message, the second is a player indicator. the smaller heads next to it shows who voted for that player to be thrown out.

I've never played, I think it's called Among Us . This is like a game of survivor, but you vote people out of the airlock, trying to guess who's sabotaging things before you all die.

Yes. Or more likely, getting ventilated because you're annoying.
