Strictly speaking as an American that hasn't trusted American tech bros in over a decade... guys, please, ffs, this switch should have been made in 2016.

Thank goodness y'all are finally getting serious about resolving that dependency, pun intended, but, uhhhh... please do it faster.

And with them, the entire US tech economy... Of course Europe would get going quickly enough, whereas US tech would never recover... So it's an interesting kind of leverage to disfigure oneself.

The statement in the title is absurd, but I believe it. If we're cut off, I wouldn't be able to use mail, attend 50% of my meetings, or access any project files.
