On April 23, 2009, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with visiting Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi in Jerusalem.

Doesn't seem like he was in China at that time

2 days difference, plenty of time to have taken a plane. And he also has no reason to lie about that.
