Maybe ask the moderators on the voices of the void subreddit, it would also promote this instance outside of lemmy.

@GroupNebula563@piefed.social you are free to setup a community yourself. You can even moderate it from your primary account, once you've created it via a local account. As @rieux@indie-ver.se says, you could contact the moderators of the subreddit if you want to get users from there, but regardless you can just create a community on indie-ver.se, and you can promote vi.a. other Fedi-verse channels.
