Just come across it by chance and share it since no one seem to have mentioned it. It is a rather usual since gang access to RPG really highlight local stability issues.

Honestly, I'm not bleakly surprised by this on its own (the Philippines, especially Mindanao, has a thing regarding death squads, whether used against insurgencies or political opponents)

But I'm surprised it was a rocket launcher.
