Could anyone tell me the general vibe of the show?

If you're looking for horror then this is not that show. More so just a super-natural comedy. There does seem to be a bit of a plot but overall it's a fairly low-stakes show. There are some heavier themes occasionally but so far it's been pretty light for the most part.

Is it similar to Mieruko-chan anime?

I'd say that the only similarity is that the main character can see ghosts. It's a comedy and a horror. I think it's very unique so far.
