Ugh. Why do I feel like food is going to get even worse, now? Like, it’s already unhealthy as shit so much of the time, now it will just be filled with more sugars and other trash because you can just get a shot!

you won't lose weight by getting a needle. stop eating shit premade foods, cook at home and only make half the amount of food you think you need.

within 3 months youll start seeing the difference. people eat too much, don't know what REAL hunger is and they continue to consume shit foods.

all some drug will do is ultimately make you eat more.

(this is a response for mainly US food) The other half of that, which is usually missed, is understanding the ingredient label, seeing where companies add filler, sugars, etc. along with knowing that companies know what products are addictive-so you should know as well.

Additionally, a shocking number of people in the US live in food deserts, where fresh and healthy ingredients are either unaffordable or simply not available. The above poster needs to ditch their ignorant boot straps mentality.
