You know what I would do if I was cold and it was against the law to burn stuff for warmth? I would burn stuff for warmth anyway.

This carries equal water for imperialist 'all rules must be followed' retoric as well as China bad. How very efficient.

smells like propaganda. china is way ahead of the US in the clean energy department and it doesnt surprise me that the bootlickers at NYT are fearmongering about reducing coal and oil consumption.
