I had a great day at Sasquatch Mountain in BC on Jan 1st. Crowds were very reasonable. Snow was packed powder, low wind and overcast. Temps were warm.
It was my first day skiing in over 6 years. I previously skiied 10 days a season for 10 years. My skills came back quickly, but a lot more to go to regain physical fitness.
