My ranking of plant based juices is as follows:

  1. Almond juice
  2. oat juice
  3. soy juice

Almond and oat juice I prefer to full fat milk, which has such a gross mouth feel to me. I have no idea how I drank it as a kid. Skim milk is pretty even to almond juice in terms of flavor, but of course the almond juice is much easier on my stomach. About 2 years ago, I tried a new plant juice (or at least I think it was new, as I'd never seen it before) made from peas. That one was unfortunately vile. I can't recommend anyone try pea juice. In my experience, it's the only plant juice that's significantly worse than whole milk.

In conclusion: Nut juice = skim milk > grain juice > bean juice >>>>> whole milk >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> pea juice

It's all disgusting.

The only part of it that isn't is that you can't cook oats in oat milk like you can in milk. I tried it and it just didn't absorb it at all, super weird.

I wish it didn’t upset my guts, because it’s by far my favorite :(

That's a bummer, but yeah it's so good.

"If it doesn't come from an udder or a teat, then it isn't milk."

Show me on the doll where plant-based foods hurt you

Why the comment? Do you have trouble discerning regular milk from plant-based?

By the quotation marks I interpret this to be satire.

I guess it could be like that too, thanks
