How about we put both leaders in jail, so they can't continue on their crime sprees? Sort out the crimes in court, send them both off to Gaol, until such time as they shuffle off their mortal coils, and start again with leaders who aren't so, well, so crimey.

You're telling me Russia violently invading another country to steal men, women, children, and looting entire cities killing and torturing people is fine, but taking a shadow fleet vessel skirting international sanctions is the illegal act!?
