Ain't that the fucking truth.

Ugh, can this year be over already?

2026 is gonna suck MASSIVE balls.

That fuckstick Trump is gonna make America's 250th annversary all about him and turn it into a VERY ugly (uglier than it normally is) militant spectacle.

There's one obit that can't come soon enough.

I’ve seen both sides of news media glazing Trump for being a “strong” president in this situation. Give me a fucking break. If anyone still supports or remains silent about this they need to be removed from office immediately regardless of political party.

I legitimately wonder what "both sides" means anymore. Even given the Overton shift in the media, who represents even left-center anymore? MSN?

[–] aesthelete@lemmy.world 5 points 3 days ago

Yeah pretty much even MSN are centrists at this point. In 2020, they were decidedly anti-Bernie and basically painted him as Vermont's Castro.

The news media owned by billionaires? I am shocked.

I wouldn't say "nothing", just not very successful.

There have been peaceful protests, violent protests, and some people have tried taking another person's life. So it's probably going to be an interesting next couple of years

Protesting is going to the capitol and staying there until you have change, if none comes then you make it. This is fascism, not an unpopular parking bylaw.
