The icon of the man breathing out fumes indicates that the watch has sensed that your breath stinks. In your case for the past 12 hours. You should brush your teeth more often.

Actually it means that 12 people have died from bad breath.

I really appreciate that. I couldn’t find anything either. I’m guessing now that it could be related to the watch face itself (pacing, a 3rd party watch face). I’ll check it out.

Edit: found it. It’s called resilience.
