Kind of all over the place with unrelated anecdotes but I guess the article is kind of a survey of all the teen related THC issues they could find.

My favorite bit was this girl describing how 40% of her college dorm smoked weed. Such clean habits!

Each morning, she found students washing their bongs in the communal bathroom at 8 a.m. to prepare for their “morning smoke.”

I'm sure this article took into account how many kids didn't seek out help from these symptoms because weed was illegal.
