Too late. Youve had decades to do something about your dictatorship, but only now that it directly affects you and the dictators are barely trying to hide it, do you suddenly care and act like youre innocent when it comes to the state of affairs you find yourself in.

Where were you when it was innocent people in other countries were being bombed in the ME, or SE Asia, or tortured, or x, y, z crime against humanity you guys have been commiting?

Why should we send help instead of leaving you on the ship and just watch it as it sinks?

Are... Are you serious right now? You tell me this, after everything the orange has done and said? Some would consider it a bit too late to for that, the alliance has ended, if not officially in all other aspects, and you're the ones who've destroyed it. How can we ever trust you again?

Don't play the good guy, you were profiting from both sides before officially joining, and once you joined it had no effect on your own fascism. Don't forget that prior to WW2, American Fascism/Racism was too extreme even for the Nazis, so they (the Nazis) deliberately toned their versions down a bit.

Look man, I'm here to be supportive. I'm trying to spend my money on European goods where possible because the US capitalist oligarchs are driving us headfirst into this disaster and they only seem to understand money. And yes I do mean all of us because they have plenty of cronies and sycophants in Europe and throughout the world.

Like, what's Germany doing to stop the genocide of Palestinians right now? Oh they're still giving massive aid to the Israeli government, just like the US? The fascists want total control and to murder any opposition, and they don't care about silly international boundaries unless it helps them control and divide people further.

You have every right to be furious about all of this. I am too. Can we please be furious together? The left so often dismantles itself with needless infighting and ideological purity tests instead of accepting differences and working together on common causes.

I'm from the US, but I don't represent the country. I don't even want to -- I want to leave. I hate so much about the culture and whitewashing of history and international manipulations and so on. So it's frankly weird that you want to fight when I'm here agreeing with you.

As far as I see, throughout most of Europe the is a very strong current of filth in people's mind. Fashism and racism is on the rise in both the US and the EU. The US isn't alone going through this.

The emergency is such that the Time must not be used for pointing fingers between democracy lovers but to find a path that would push people going to the far right today back into saner grounds. And to get back those votes, going full left isn't the emergency pull. It's good on the long term but the emergency is such that we need to entice those that strayed back into the fold , not offer them a portrait of what they've been brainwashed to hate.

I completely understand that you are trying to be supportive, and if the news from Venezuela didn't come out today I would not have replied, but it did, so back here I am. The problem is that the time for you to resist by buying EU goods, and spreading awareness about the issues in your country has long since passed -- And the rest of the world is paying for it. First Venezuelans will die, then possibly Cubans, and who knows, if no one stops the US war machine in the first two cases, why not also go for Greenland? (I'm slightly exaggerating here to make a point)

You can (I hope) see how all the support from people from the USA sounds like empty words. How about you use your 2nd amendment right that we've been hearing about for decades, for the purpose it was supposedly put in place for? Maybe its because you (or the people who like guns, I realise there's not a lot of crossover between left-leaning people and people who defended gun ownership, but regardless there's nothing stopping the people on the left from acquiring them from this point onwards) don't actually want guns to defend from a tyrannical government, but instead just find them fun to own and shoot.

Words are empty, and peaceful protest only works if your oppressor has a conscience, which its clear the USA doesn't have. The world is paying in blood for the fear of the average US citizen to deal with their own mess, and that tends to lead to the world not liking Americans (from the USA) very much, regardless of what said American's political leanings are.

Thanks for your words of support. Be sure to let the those who have already died from your bombs, and those who are yet to die, know that you support them also.

The censoring is most likely about the Digital Services Act, which among other things requires social media platforms to adequately moderate their platform. America has called that "censorship" multiple times over the past year

According to Trump and co, Europe does not have the right to regulate American tech companies, even within Europe.

Yeah, it was my biggest fear when Trump got in elected: that the US would put more effort into strong arming foreign countries that were attempting to limit misinformation from US tech companies (and that would lead to more anti-science + far-right + hate)
