The only problem I have with this is that it's privately owned.
I hate the aesthetic obsession so much. It looks like it was recently build. In half a century it will look like it was built early in the 2010s/2020s. Copying some hundred year old aesthetic just looks like kitsch and in half a century it will look like 2020s kitsch. And I don't even mind the kitsch all that much, the obsession with aesthetics is what brothers me. Most architecture never has been and probably never will be fine art.
