Maybe fentanyl really is inflicting mass destruction on the US because it sure does seem like a lot of brains in the US are cooked.

Yes, it's an opoid pain killer just like morphine. The White House brief says "illicit fentanyl," as if that makes it any better.
So China/Russia/Venezuela can bomb american hospitals because they are being used to hide WMDs.
